Not sure that you can have that link..

At any rate, I watched that a couple days ago.. Generally speaking I think what Tony G done was a pretty scumbag move. HOWEVER - in this particular situation, on TV and vs Helmuth, I must admit I thought it was pretty funny.. I liked how much s**t Tony G was giving him the whole game, completely owned IMO.

have to agree pretty low move from tony g but cmon did helmuth really think he'd put him all in without looking at his cards

and whats that with the coach i thought helmuths ego would be to big for someone to be telling him he played a hand wrong

Tony G is known to have a really bad attidude at the poker table and i don't think his behaviousr should be followed by other poker players...

Plus here we are talking about Phil Hellmuth which is also known for his reactions at the poker table, so this could have been anticipated.

Still, we have to admit that both are great poker players and it's pretty easy to understand that they have big egos Smile

I think Phil Hellmuth played that KJ horribly. I'm not sure I would've even check-called the flop even if that's what most pros would've done. And calling that 50k bet at the end without even top pair... wow! Phil Hellmuth is way loosen than he used to be that's for sure!!

About Tony G's behavior... Even tough sometimes its funny he starts making me sick because hes way too cocky. He flops the nuts bets out and thinks hes a god... how sad.

Phil Helmuth is the man. his strategy is solid and he have style indeed.
Everybody can see that he is brave and has no fear to face others pros.
The circustances is always in his favor. It seems to exist a external force that make the moment to be the right to move and win. Whoooooo Worship Worship Worship

For some reason i never liked Tony G, and i hardly can watch a TV poker game when he is participating.
He is making me nuts some times and i wonder how the other players get along with him Smile

This two have very different styles, its like a "riot dealer" against a "low profile". Tony G uses a lot of outside gaming to make his own game. His strategy turns him into a better real table player. If he plays online against people who dont let chat factor make pressure in the game, Tony G will loose a lot more strenght.

that was excellent video love watching it In my opinion phil hulman never was that good just very lucky at times and now his luck is poor and his play is no better. He has to be losing a lot but i do agree the lie about not looking is not a nice thing to do
I personally would not do that but i would not fall for someone pulling that stunt on me but to be fair phil was so short at the time and he was pot committed i think

But either way tony g got inside his head

I used to dislike them both but now I love them both! They make for great TV, all that is missing is Tom Dwan to get some sick hands with crap to totally tilt Phil Helmuth and have some fireworks light up the sky! Tongue

Yes i know what you mean mahdrof your right from the point of view of good tele but I still think phil believes his own press and got real lucky at times and now his luck run out and he is playing like a real novice and falling for all sorts of traps.

Did you see the guy who raised then said he ment to call (he had full boat) and was forced to make min raise (cant remember his name) but him on same table would be good firworks lol

Phil Hellmuth needs to stick to HIS tight-trapper game style, not play loose like everyone else. That's how he won in the past and that's how he will keep winning. It's not a good style for cash games, but o well I think he should also stick to tournaments.

About Tony G, he's a good cash game player. A bit of a calling station tough. But he runs good so its okay... Saying you didn't look at your cards when you did is really a bad example to show to the poker world tough Angry
