" Full Tilt Poker has paid the £250,000 owed to the licensing agency Alderney Gambling Control Commission.
The licensing fee was revealed during the Full Tilt Poker hearing that was held by the AGCC (Alderney Gambling Control Commission) in London last month.
The payment of the licensing fees follows on the heels of the announcement on Tuesday that the Kahnawake Gaming Commission had renewed Full Tilt Poker’s Secondary gaming license.
According to the statement on www.gamblingcontrol.org, "The recent payment of overdue license fees by FTP is also in players' best interests since it allows commercial negotiations to take place that might result in a successful refinancing deal."
Full Tilt Poker has time until September 15th, 2011 to resolve the difficult situation."
I see this as a progress, lets hope ftp will reopen soon

It's definately a step in the right direction as a lot of people have speculated that full tilt likely wouldn't have paid the fees if they didn't think they'd be getting their license back.
