Hows about we introduce a reward for "x" in here? "X" being anything a member feels deserves a reward or thank you, IE, giving out usefull poker advice, simply helping a new member, perhaps even for just making one laugh or even cringe.
Here is how I see it could work: 1. Members use thier points to purchase "rewards" wich will be used by sending them to the member they feel deserves that reward. 2. The rewards are simple icons that would show in the members profile if he/she wishes to show. 3. Diffrent icons could be made to coinside with the aprechation, such as a WSOP bracelett for poker advice, a BAFTA for a great you-tube vid, a beer glass for a drunken post, newspaper for a news articall or a simple gold star etc etc..the list is endless, but lets keep is reasonable and related. 4. At first I was thinking leave it at that, but its possable some members might recive a lot of thanks rewards, perhaps they could trade them in for points if they reach a certin amount of thanks, or even a form of score card, so when a member gets 10 of each icon they can then trade in.
Hopefully the idea would just add a bit more community spirit, and i'm sure would save bankrollmob a few pennies along the way.

sounds like a great idea other then the FEW poker posts that popped up in the last lil while this is definitly the best offtopic one maybe this forum will get back on track

this may have already been mentioned in earlier posts, but maybe when someone gives u a 1 point comes from there account to yours. and to make it so no one abuses the buttons if someones gives you a they get deducted 1point and it goes back to site.

reading most of the threads/post nowadays most ppl would probably owe bankrollmob points with all the useless ones being made. should cost points too if ur thread just has a youtube link on it. lots of those too!.

very nice idea but dnt think admin will find staff free for this considering they are overloaded already. btw can we hav "punch in the face" for stupid posts ?

I really dont think this is a good idea. This can lead to very bad behavings, like one thinking about creating a second BRM acount with other data and, this way one would achieve faster to the 5,000 needed mobpoints to withdraw, he would reach it in half the time it takes now. I dont want to point my finger at anyone but i have to say this was the first thing i was when i read this. On one side, i would love many of you giving me mobpoints for good comments you may consider i make, but on the other side, there certainly would appear some pseudonyms around. Hope they arent around already, i dont want to have to start looking for my back each time i write something here.

dont see why this wouldnt work but a few posts put the cons out there,it does sound like a lot of extra work for admin,but all in all imo its a good idea.....

If over worked then they need more staff, but a "punch in the face" for stupid posts could be an option.(with added 10 punches within a set period = RIP for 1 week)
@Fakiry there is that, but we could just scrap the "cash out" bit, after all its about rewarding fellow mobsters, besides that I think they would be easily spotted. Not sure if you miss the point, but I don't intend it a way to give mobsters points but a form of reward (paid for by the user, with funds going back to bankrollmob) and hopefully intensive to help and make the forum more fun and user friendly.
As for Admin, he likes all the extra work, he thrives on it.
