Would an X or some other distinguishable marking be sufficient? Somehow I think OP might lack the required intelligence and manual dexterity for such a simple task as signing his name on a line. That is if he can remember his name and how to spell it. I'm sure his mum wrote it on the special big boy sticker he wears on his jacket in case he gets lost
