After waiting and waiting i decided to email Cake's cashier department and here is their answer
Hello
Thank you for your email. Please be informed that we do understand your frustration, and we apologise for the delay. I can assure you that at present all players are getting cashed out on CakePoker, however there is a backlog, but we are working through it and will have it back to normal cashout soon. Please be informed that we don't have a timeline for your cashout at Present. Please let us know if we can be of further assistance.
What does it mean at present? Next week they can stop all cash outs for example?
Im up to 19 days now waiting for a Moneybookers cash out.

That is pretty disturbing indeed. But stay optimistic, that always helps. I'm sure you'll see the money. Patience is motly a virtue But a damn annoying one.

It must have been pretty sad to waiting for news from them and then open the email and read this... Problems can happen, and we all know that, although seeming very easy because its online, working with a PC and Internet always involve people from behind, and online poker rooms arent bank, or finantial institutions. They can be very used to do this operations, but sometimes things can get more complicated then we can expect. Think about this: when you transfer money in your country from one bank to other, it will normally take up to three days for that money to be available. And i am talking about two banks. Now imagine an other type of institution messing up with money. Although we see money moving from ours to others accounts and from others to ours, in fact, that is only happening in the PC, in real terms the money is all in one side and values asked for transfers have to be confirmed. Atention: I am not excusing them, just explaining what can be a problem, this are complex activities...

Had a look around the Net, and it looks like Cake has a history of "slow" cashouts. Ranging from 5 days to 6+ weeks, people are asking around if this is normal, and apparently it is for Cake Poker.
So I wouldn´t worry too much yet. Pretty ridiculous delays though...

This is the only situation on which i hope its not a big cashout value from ur part, i mean, its hard enough to have to wait, can be only worst if it is a big sum involved. hope u didnt invest too much with them and that ull see the color of ur money soon enough

I see what you mean Jack, Cake seems to be having problems with the $$$$$. The whole poker industry is being turned upside down, and I definitely think you need to watch where you have your roll. Even if you built it from scratch a good roll is the result of many hours of dedication and dealing with bad beats and donks who play things like 3-5s out of position...
Good luck Mober, let us know how it turns out as the next free bankroll here on BRM will be on the Cake network.

Hi,once I play BRM promo on Cake and I wait week or 2 weeks, now I only belive in Party and Pokerstars. And before what happened with fulltilt I have on Fulltilt 300$ on Party 200$ and I think all is safe like I have money in bank, but now i deposit small amount and when I lose again and again and when I won something I cashout same day,I have on accounts only what I need, can't belive any site
Yeah Schwabo nothing wrong with doing that. Atleast this way you make sure that your money is safe! But you have to write it down if you wanna keep track of how much you win/lose wich sucks...
About cake poker, I never tried the site and I don't think I will. Heard bad stuff about them, and I don't like their room name

If you a roll on Cake you'd better to take it out asap. From friends who have Cake-accounts i'm hearing a lot of disturbing stories. So better pull out while it's still possible.

Fakiry when there is at least one site which can transfer the money to your Moneybookers account in less than 2hrs then any site can. After that its not a tech thing, or there isnt any other stalling factor but their own denial based in reasons which i believe are only financials. Pretty much they dont have the money to pay out. Its not like they deliver the money by hand to Moneybookers. They just type

You are right mober, normally it should be done quick and easy (like PartyPoker is doing it). I read on an other site, that they are warning their members regarding Cake and depositing there. So I am afraid Cake has serious problems.

Finally today after 22 days i received from Cake poke the email i was waiting for. The one that says your cashout has been credited I also checked Moneybookers and money is in, so despite the delay all went well.

congrats on getting your withdrawal, took some time but finally its there. and regarding some sites doing it faster than others i guess it depends on how much money they have available/stuck somewhere, but 1 week should be sufficient enough
