TabOut i dont want to patronize but dont play it like that. Tornado made that raise because he had flush and straight draw while you had made straight which is not a big hand in Omaha Hi. You must use all 4 cards in Omaha Hi to make a hand. They say that A-Js A-10s is best pockets you can get, i never got those. That hand is best because you have so many hands covered with it not because of Aces. Those 5-5-2-10 i would fold preflop wouldnt wanna call blind with that hand. but if you had something like i did yesterday;

You can see why is that hand good i have multiple straight, full house and straight flush possibility with which i won a hand. One pair is nothing and dont even try to chase flushes with something like 10 high, limp call small but dont raise or call big. Full houses are common thing in Omaha Hi. And if someone is calling station you cant bet him out of the hand try to outplay him.
i have to agree with predobar, i think that the second hand was questionable preflop, and you ended up calling with the worse hand because of it.
The only thing that i think i would have done differently was reraise him on the flop with the Q hi flush, this is just a different way that i play both holdem and omaha, if i feel i can get someone all in on either the flop or the turn i will always choose the turn, say i have a straight but theres a flush draw there and someone pot bets at me, i know that someone will call my reraise with it, so i wait for one more card to peel before i start reraising. this way there chances for drawing out on me drop from about %40 which is very large in my opinion down to %20,
So i would have called that bet on the flop and watched what peeled, if he was on a complete bluff just trying to steal because it was heads up and raised preflop then he wouldnt be calling your reraise, if he wasnt on a bluff he would of had to have in my opinion two pair or the set, it turns out that he had two pair and drew out on you but i still think you could have at least given yourself the opportunity to fold, thats just my opinion tho and it probably leaves me being easy to bluff on the turn, I dont feel this is terrible tho because most people seem to bluff on the flop and river

in omaha (which i dont' play often, due to the extremely loose play), you can't often rely on much but the nuts to win the hand. with those 2 extra cards, your opponents often have the nuts, or close to it.
yeah quit a bad day %) but you play in poker somtimes a lot of bad days you will have %) and omaha is more crazy then nl and it will be more often i think
ouch! yes i think that is a bad day for you. You had a lot of possibility to win but lose. incredible! an extremely bad day! don't warry Tabout, the cards don't hate you . you will winm the next tourney. i like omaha...i play omaha hi pot lkimit....but sometimes i losse too
