"The public hearing to consider the Alderney Gambling Control Commission’s (AGCC) decision to suspend the licences of Full Tilt Poker will resume on 19 September at 9am at the Riverbank Park Plaza Hotel in London the regulatory body has announced today, four days later than originally planned.
AGCC informs, that more information is due to be released shortly on why they will delay the hearing four days.
Full Tilt Poker has claimed, that the company has been negotiating with six potential investors about a takeover deal.
It remains to be seen can Full Tilt Poker secure a deal before the hearing on 19 September that allows the players to get their money back."

whoever hopes to get some kind of decision or anything pointing into a direction that resembles like a closure to this ftp issue is very mistaken. my best guess ftp lawyers will delay everything again trying to buy time to who knows what. we'll see this for at least some more months.

I guess lukas is right. I am afraid there will be really new development, because I think they are still searching for investors to give them fresh money.

Once a brand like Full Tilt Poker has been tarnished it is very hard to lose that image. The only way they have a chance is to reopen and pay back all of their players, which I think is unlikely to happen. Very sad for the players and very bad for online poker, I truly think the days are numbered and even here I wouldn't be surprised if within five years I can only play online against other players from my province at a government run online poker site.

True, I actually think that in five years we will all be playing each other again, if not then lucky for me there is a big poker community in the UK, but by then I expect to be playing holograms in my living room Vs others in their living room/poolside etc. I thought of it, I own the idea, holographic interactive poker(HIP) brought to you by B1gfoot, copy written, patent pending.

US Justice is really fast, comparing with portuguese one... But its nice to know that online players can know about FT future so fast. Lets hope justice can be done in every aspects, such as pendent withdrawals from those who trusted the company and have nothing to do with its problems.

I wonder how much are they gonna train it if they dont find any investors. it starts to get really annoying to all. Imagine all those who have small fortune in how they feel
