hi, ive been aproved for my gutshot bonus and received e-mail 24 hours ago to confirm this...however it doesnt seem to have gone in....could it have anything to do with ...im logged in as budgie111....but my username is ...............damnthelotofyou.............and im sure ive submitted to you as budgie111 not damnthelotofyou.....if this has ruined my chances of the bonus then fair enough its no problem ...my bad....if its not to do with that could you look into this matter please...ty admin ..appriciate....gl evryone on the felt

Yeah u gave the wrong username, but if u registered through BRM link then i think admin can send your real username to gutshot so they can credit you with bonus. gl

That wont be a problem i believe unless they have approved the bonus to someone else like admin said. Its like you giving away bankrolls too Gk with that

It sounds as though they thought you were asking which username you submitted.. In my opinion that isn't still being investigated.. I would maybe contact them again.

i think u should contact them and tell that you submitted your nickname instead of username ( which u shud have submitted) and thats why you didnt get the bonus, gl
