Don't you know, ALL poker sites haz viruses that's infect your computor so they can steal your gigabytes, drain your bankaccount and see your hole cards. Plus they are all rigged so that you will lose on the river when you have the nuts and they runner runner a royal flush with only 1 hole card.
All kidding aside, it's a matter of personal opinion really. I'd say the top 3 right now would have to be poker stars, party poker and 888poker in that order.
I think most of the available online poker room are not sites that will infect your computer with viruses except the ones who are new to the market so beware of them. Anyway you can install an antivirus to avoid this comprehension...

Yup, exactly! A good poker room doesn't need to infect your computer to make a lot of money...

Pokerstars does in some way infect your computer by placing a cookie on your computer to be able to track what programms you use while playing, thus sometimes a low-danger virus called "tracking cookie" appears during your checks, nothing to worry about tho

I think it really depends on what antivirus software do you use actually, i know for instance that avast is incompatible with holdem manager for instance...
Still, never heard of a antivirus software that says a poker application has viruses...
My advice would be to try another antivirus software and all should be good
