Well ATM no one knows, I feel they will re-open, but the investor is not looking to help people out its about making money, understandable, so providing the DOJ give money back, they get a licence and those who believe in FTP re-invest then I guess sometime soon 'ish, winter is a good period for poker, so a complete guess, December. A lot of people don't care when, as long as they do

Hold on to get this right. When and if they reopen at the end of this year which is 3 months from now, we wont be able to cash out for another three months? lol. WoW thats another joke. They count on players losing their money huh? So instead of cashing out everyone either they will hold till the time passes and being able to cash out or they will start playing with their bankroll.

You got this right, Mober, this is the master plan actually...
If players can't withdraw their money they will start playing with their money and generate rake to the platform.
Still, i think many will simply wait another three months and withdraw their money after thattime period since they already have accounts on other platforms now...

Per Hildebrand, chairman and vice president of sales at InstaDeal Poker Network has claimed FTP only met one of the three criteria required to be granted a patent.

The thing with this is, if that is the case PS would be all over it by now, so I'm not sure if Per Hildebrand is jumping the gun, or just first to act, but if he has got it wrong it will prove to be a very expensive mistake, also I think PS has already got the RUSH style game ready to launch, so think ATM its a matter of being 100% confident that FT patent is worthless.

Jan 25 - Chris Ferguson apparently withdrew around 80 million+ from FT, out of which 14.3 mil was used for expenses post black friday. now he wants those 14.3 million back and threatening to delay the takeover of FT. why isnt he in jail already? lol @ US gov
Jan 28 - Pokerstar's version of rush poker will be known as "ZOOM" poker and will be released for beta testing around end feb/early march.

Hi,I think how time pass people will forget FTP and they money,only few players with big amounts will go to court and try get they money back,FTP is past,And for that amount of money potential investors have better jobs where they will invest,if it's poker it's better to open new poker site and instead cover loses of FTP they can give every new player 50$ free and many promotions to recruit new players,FTP-game over!!

Well it is news and its isnt. How long now we hear that Full Tilt is going to reopen. Just rumours if you ask me. How Ferguson managed to cash out 80 mil? And why they gave the money to him and not to other players. They could have repaid lots and lots of players with 80 mil

nice to see jokerstars going for rush poker as well- if this actually becomes a real thing then to riverstars, though the name zoom doesn't tell a lot- probably they should go for something like zapp (and your cash is gone ) ferguson is the man- an 80 mil withdrawal great payday, and he didn't even have to win it at the poker tables- he had a better plan
