to be sierious one thing I would add as a grown up person DOZ! you shoul be aware of the problems gambleing can cause , addiction, family problems, ect, ect,, now some poker sites warn you of this and some casinos but not them all , they all should have to THEY ALL SHOULD HAVE TO , and this brings into question the morality of all poker sites offering free poker money and especially bad CASINO FREE MONEY , I for one do not have a problem with gambleing but a few years back learned a hard lesson costing me thousands and some friends, now there will always be some who fall upon the sword of gambleing but what of sites such as BRM and uncaring casinos who give free money to tempt the sometimes inexspirienced and easily led, what of there responsibliility to those among the gamblers who fall to the perils of addiction and lose countless amounts not just financially but emotionally,, I AM SURE WE KNOW AT LEAST ONE who has suffered, I see no warnings on the front page of BRM or on the sign up pages of the casinos, god forbid I would be so stupid to go to a casino but some do, so where is the moral responsibility, or is it to be DOG EAT DOG, NATURE RED IN TOOTH AND CLAW, SURVIVAL OF THE FITTEST, yes lets go back to the cave and gather our clubs, MORALITY ,HA,HA,HA,i SEE NONE HERE OR THERE!!!
Gambling addiction, also known as compulsive gambling, is a type of impulse-control disorder. Compulsive gamblers can’t control the impulse to gamble, even when they know their gambling is hurting themselves or their loved ones. Gambling is all they can think about and all they want to do, no matter the consequences. Compulsive gamblers keep gambling whether they’re up or down, broke or flush, happy or depressed. Even when they know the odds are against them, even when they can’t afford to lose, people with a gambling addiction can’t “stay off the bet.”
Gamblers can have a problem, however, without being totally out of control. Problem gambling is any gambling behavior that disrupts your life. If you’re preoccupied with gambling, spending more and more time and money on it, chasing losses, or gambling despite serious consequences, you have a gambling problem.

@ arcticbear gambling sites dont have any responsibility to post warnings because there is no demonstrable organic damage in long term. though gambling addiction is a recognised disorder, its a bit different from drugs coz
1. it doesnt have any direct effects on body like drugs 2. they dont have direct life threatening complications on overuse 3. it doesnt hav addiction potential of its own, but its person's greed/ bad judgement which leads to addiction.
and as for impulse control disorders, this group also contains addiction to buying and addiction to medical attention. for same reasons u dnt see warning notices in front of shops / hospitals
