Ive read some comments lately about the take over from Tapie and some of you mentioning about a period of three or four months in order to reopen.
Is this valid cause i havent found or read any info about this, or you just speculate ?

Speculation, no time limit can be put on it and no one knows if the deal will actually go through, and if it does go through no one knows when.
The one thing we do know is it seam the AGCC are will to fast track the license.
"SuperNoob, I could be wrong but he is to buy it out right and then sell shares (getting his investment back) and then keeping 5-10%.
How can the DOJ claim so much, they screw us worse than FTP.

The problem is not to get a new license anywhere, but the new investor needs a good idea to protect their new investment. I think the best idea is a 200% Bonus and a withdraw restriction for the first 3 months...

yeah apparently they gonna offer shares to players having large amounts stuck there.
and regarding DOJ penalty, these are all estimates but ppl expect it to be around 350 mil which together with US player deposit deficit will put the loss of fulltilt around 500 mil$ Shock Shock
will take some time recovering from that
