I'm sure that admin will see your posts and will get interested about your situation but from experience i know you need to wait a lot for some bonuses.

Well, you should e-mail support first. Isn't that easy anymore? You have the support tab, so just click on it and then you will see what you have to do. The support here on BRM is pretty fast, so you should get your response in like 24-48 hours, MOST OF THE TIME it will be less than 24 hours (well, it was less than 24 hours when I've sent them some questions). No offence, but you need to think before doing something

in Admirz case its its more about reading than patience, because his country is not eligible for both bonuses (carbon also not on ohter sites) - reading educates.
isnt it normal to read things before you give away your data? no wonder so many people get cheat on internet and then cry - in this case cry "wheres my bonus"

oh the million dollar question - where is my bonus ? if u followed all the instructions properly, hav ur id verified then your bonus should be in your account in 5-7 days. if not then contact support and gl
its probably best comment i ever read online !!!! by the way i have problem to... CANT RECEIVE BONUS FROM MANSIONPOKER.COM i did everything by the rules and intructions but......... anybody can help me??

So i see that admirz didnt do what he was supposed to, cause his country isnt eligible for the bonus. The thing that makes me curious though is how he managed to click the request button. When im not eligible for a bonus due to country restrictions i cant click the Request button.
