I'm in ! (and I hope you play as well, to make it really fun)
Blowing people away with your winnings for September hey? It did me...
Enough is enough! I'm getting off my lazy butt and learning some stuff now. Signed up to a training site this weekend through a promotion, and should be getting my license today, I hope. Going to spend October copying the pros, and learning ICM through and through. Just always been tough not to just play instead of learning some new stuff. So I play and tread water...
October is "discipline month", and I'll be chasing that profit margin Big-Time after that. Going to happen before the end of the year, if I have anything to say about it. ...and I do!
Anyways, very nice offer, and I hope we get all the regulars in there this time.
yea im the same Jack ive had a really bad time last month or so, been doing well in lots of tourney ton of chips then due to a couple of mistakes i f**k it up. As you said enough is enough im also signed up to a site to get some tips and plug some leaks

Just an update:
I've emailed back to PKR to clarify EXACTLY what I can do in terms of a private freeroll, two main points I need to know is
A) Can I add to the prizepool? B) Can I make it a free entry (freeroll)
This I thought was clear in the chat log, but seems less so from the email I received. So I'm now waiting on a response.
Now, here's my thoughts, if I *can't* do what I wanted.. I might look at other options, one possible solution is this: I run a tourney on PS or something (homegames?) and I manually award the winners, I don't have funds on PS though and the is a bit of a hassel, I'd probably have to verify my account to be able to player-2-player transfer as well. Soooo... what I am thinking is I will instead buy some Amazon gift vouchers - maybe 1 X $50 + 3 X $25 or something like that and award to top places, I can simply give out the voucher numbers (you'll have to find me on the pkr site or something).
Anyway, I'll update in next day or so with some more details.
If LooseKiddie is still doing his homegame - possibly I can add the vouchers to his prizepool.. : / Anyway, we'll see.
------------ edit: Oh yeah - the reason for amazon vouchers (as opposed to some other e-store) is I'm thinking A) they ship most places and B) people can buy poker books on there, kind of like a training prize.

Posted by jc1337: You don't need to verify your account to do P2P on Stars, you can also e-mail them and easily set up a freeroll. They will reply in like 2 hours.
Oh really ? That is good. OK - if I can't get a game running how I want on PKR I will look into the stars option instead. I'll obviously have to confirm with stars I'll be able to do what I need BEFORE I move any money across, but if they say it will be do able then I'll get it going that way if PKR aren't able to run it the way I want.

Posted by jc1337: Good luck with the freeroll jess, if you need any help. Contact me, im really looking forward to play against other BRM members hehe
No worries, just waiting on PKRs response to my email at this point. If they can't do it, then I'll look at stars as an option and I'll give you a shout.
Thank you for contacting the Customer Support Team at PKR.com!
I can confirm that we can accommodate the freeroll event. Please enter 'freeroll' into the buy-in field and put the rest of the details (i.e. where the money should come from, no of players) into the comments field."
OK - If people can give me some ideas of dates/times/days etc that suit them, I'll try and get this show on the road..Given I need to give PKR around 2 weeks notice, I'll probably schedule around end of October..

Pretty cool offer, my schedule has just erupted and am currently trying to figure out when I will sleep, but if I happen to be alive I will be there. I would suggest a weekend and around 1pm UK time, tha'ts 9pm in the land down under I think, you will be the night owls, no US anyway, so canada will be the early birds at around 8am
