It's been awhile since I've done a strat video on youtube, so I decided to put up another one. It's a 10 man Turbo SNG I played, with commentary and whatnot.

The JJ to A9, you got to admit, you had a bit of luck there. Ok, he sould have gone with that hand, perhaps just another donk who goes with any ace he gets, but you had luck on your side in that hand. Great work with the video, nice comments, you are inspiring other mobtsers to put some more videos, thats nice. Keep posting your too, you played calm but nice.

Thanks for the feedback
Actually, Pre-flop I was a 70% to win the hand with my JJ vs A9, he got lucky and spiked an A but I resucked Sure It was a bit of luck, but I got it in way ahead and I'd definately play that hand the same way all day long
In the Turbo format, you have to be willing to get into flips, even if they are marginal. That's just the nature of the format since everyone ends up with such a shallow stack due to the blind structure. A good study of nash equlibrium and ICM is fundamental to winning them, as they are pretty formulaic in a sense really. Understanding shove vs call range, and adjusting it based on opponents tendencies gives you the edge ie: you can exploit weaker players and shove wider, conversely you can tighten up vs solid players/nits/rocks etc.
I think the Turbo format is kind of like a final table of a deep MTT, where everyones sitting on around 10 BB for pretty much the entire duration of the final table.
Turbos are super easy to grind out, and are easy to 6+ table, since it's so cut and dry, but the variance can be a bitch Definately bigger swings playing these vs normal speed stt's.
