Chile versus Argentina is a final everyone expected since the draw has been made. It will be one hell of a match I believe, but I will give Argentina the edge, altough Chile is a host of the whole tournament and they will have big support from the crowd. Argentina demolished Paraguay 6-1 in the semis, so I think they are in the right for to win the whole thing.
