Anyone else is having errors in his account balance? I just won 1 EUR in the daily special and instead of adding it to my balance, they substracted 5 EUR and gave me 1 EUR new beta winning. I wanted to show up the transaction history, but theres only an error message... hm.

I have had lots of problems with in play and available funds, if you email support now, they should answer really soon! I just had a reply within 25 minutes.
They fixed everything I have needed so far, I know some people have had a bad experience, but to be honest, this is the best cutomer service I have experienced from any poker site I have used.

Early on I got shafted for 0.50 Euros and I emailled the support and complained about it (I know it's only half a Euro, but it way my half Euro damnit!).
They got bak to me within 6 hours or so and credited it too me, no questions asked. Let us know how it goes.

Meanwhile my account balance was completely blanked .. and I thought someone smart got away with my password. But the communication with customer support really was very quick and friendly. They paid a compensation and now I am rich again. The problem that caused the failure must have something to do with a stalled registration attempt to the 500 GTD I did earlier. Couldn´t register there and wasn´t shown in the players list, but the fee was paid to Highpulse also. Very spooky.
I give up on the site....it's too bling-bling for me. I'm used to donk fests @ FR...6 max... u can keep. Messes up my game...I find myself wanting to play that way, then, I dump my chips and hope the next one is better. Well, gone back to playin my reg sites. GL to you all...it's not for me.

I think the message to everyone with problems at the moment is.... hang in there. The customer service really do seem to want to help, just have to be patient.
