Holy Jumpin'! Thanks for pointing that out, I hadn't noticed! I had earned a seat a few days ago as well.
I imagine it's just a temporary kaffuffle. They still have the ad up on the side banner. But I'll email their support team to see what's up and I'll post the response here.

When they did their major update yesterday or the day before, ALL the tournaments disappeared from the lobby. I guess they had an unforeseen update "glitch".
They started re-creating the tournaments right away, but I guess they still have to get to the Chritmas one. No worries, it´ll be back.
