oh now partpoker are a joke lol. BRM say mine was approved and paid yesterday but partypoker say it wasnt... there support stinks too and are really no help and now i hhave to wait some more

lol i just told partypoker ot delete my account, there support staff are seriously rude and no help at all. I gave them every bit of info they asked for and now they want me to call them? yeah right you can keep your bonus PP. I know this has nothing to do with the BRM but you may go ahead and cancel my PP bankroll even though it says approved and paid yesterday cause PP are not going to give me it lol. Another thing do you know how long it takes for a cashout of mob points to be processed for FTP? THANKS brm I APPRECIATE EVERYTHING YOU DO HERE.

I apologise admin it was the way PP have just spoken to me and treated my emails in the past 24 hours i understand it has nothing to do with you and im sorry for the inconvenienece but i hope you understand what i mean? they are no help, they are rude and they have seriously terrible customer service skill's. Im sorry to have caused any bother admin.... just that they made me mad a little.

i think PP have rejected it anyway admin either that or it has got lost in the system somewhere cause they say to contact you, then they say that i need to call them , then they say i need to upload photo ID. I dont think they have any idea what they are talking about. If i have caused you any bother i do apologise. Of course i would rather have my bankroll but if PP dont give me it or stop messing me about then it will be a waste of your time.

I don't know why you couldn't just wait one day, as I told you to? Since it's marked as approved (was marked) in our system, then it means our payment team would have transferred the $25 to you, but for some reason, it didn't happen. It could have been a mistake, simply forgot it or something. When somebody is doing hundreds of transfers a day, sometimes one is missed due to human error.

yes i understand that admin and i also know that the problem was not due to a BRM error but down to bad service from PP. I have no problem waiting for a few days as the promotions are worth it eventually after all, it was not the waiting that was the problem it was the customer service and way PP spoke to me and handled the problem. They say that i dont have a real money account and need to do numerous things like upload ID call there service team and so on. I hope we can forget this matter and i dont end up in the bad BRM bad books .
