i have a question... can u get the free gifts offers on a poker site that u are a member already or not? because i've seen that at the bottom of the page it says that If you already have an account (playmoney/realmoney) with Party Poker, then you are wasting both yours and our time by creating a bonus request, and no money or gift certificates will be paid out!.... which i have and it's the same for the other poker rooms .... so should i try for one off them or not because i don't want to waste anybodys time and also mine

You'll not only waste everyone's time,you'll also waste your money by depositing and getting your account locked when found out (which will happen when you try to withdraw at latest)
