My account balance is empty too!!! crazy... glad I have made a few cashouts already, I hope they fix all these problems soon, or I think it might be time to take the money and run!

same here no bankroll - not that i had much lol but missed a 1.10 tourney with only 50 in it hmmmm seems same players always get in the tourneys no-one else can? Is it conspirisy - aliens - rip off?

LOL!!! Second time. My bankroll dissapeared, too. Do we have to pay more attention to the circumstance that many of us converted "beta money" ? That´s a thing with this whole beta.
But no, I do not bitch again. It is getting funny right now. What kind of problems they might face? Technical problems with the client development again? Why should this attract the account balance? Or does the fact count that most of the GTD Tourneys dont reach the pile for them? A few hours before I registered to a tourney and automatically reached the bubble without the need to play any single hand, because there were so less players involved. Unfortunately they canceled the scheduled upcoming tourneys afters that. Was lurking for another nice and easy double up
Sorry I meant a nice and easy "virtual" double up, because unfortunately 0x2 stays 0, corresponding to my account balance aaaaaaargh. If I see a verified transaction in my MB-Account I am willing to trust them, but at the time I really dont know what to think. Although I have really fun to play there in general.

yh your right it shows in the ring games and can play in the ring games just nothing else , so i guess i can rule out being hacked in someway or my bankroll being lost forever , but i only play tourneys tbh , sure they will sort it soon as they can but 1 thing is for sure, i will NEVER EVER deposit money onto highpulse and would always tell ppl not to as it would be very bad times if money you put on vanished, i dont think highpulse will survive , in my opinion its too risky, things like this shows the site isnt safe, and their customer support is pretty much none existent its like talking to ebay same computer generated responses and at the moment they dont seem to be sorting anything out, i am gutted though i got up at 6.30 so i could play the 750 gtd to find i had no bankroll and there was only 6 ppl playing the tourney ohhh well think its back to partypoker and pokerstars i guess ............RIP highpulsepoker nov 15th 2011 - nov 25th 2011 .....

I never had money on high pulse because I didn’t reach prizes when I played some freerolls there. But I kinda miss something in that room. I miss some button that could give us the opportunity to go look for our history. I entered a tourney there recently which had prize for the first six places, a ticket to Xmas tourney of $10,000 guaranteed. I played that very well, and managed to be in first till there were only 14 players left. Than I passed to 2nd and, unfortunately, my internet connection broke and I couldn’t went there again. I think I will never know in what place did I classified in that tourney.

Deposited 10 euro by visa debit card, then withdrew.. several times! withdrawal has been no problem for me so far
