I already deposited $10 in order to withdraw,the message in my screen was very clear "your deposit was successfully complete and will be visible in a few minutes"....
As per HP's support....the deposit was never completed.... even though my visa card is "missing" $10.
NOW WHAT?! Should I deposit $10 more in order to withdraw???

try and send them a copy of your transaction, hope they gonna fix that

Thanks etna, but where can I find this copy? It was the first time that I made a deposit via my card

Wow guys I had no idea that the cashier amounts were dissapearing for so many people. This is apparently a much worse problem then I thought. Sorry to hear you're all getting the short end, but hopefully it'll be sorted soon.

Go to your bank, ask for the latest transactions. Take a picture or scan it and then send it in a e-mail where you explain your situation. If they did get the money it would show on your transaction, and if they still say your deposit was not made. Report them
