Hello,
Thank you for contacting our customer support.
Thanks to our success, and that of the players, our servers are running on their maximum capacity.
In order to make sure all the games can go on, it is temporarily not possible to see your balance.
Nothing to be worried about, your money is still in your account and you can continue playing as normal.
As soon as you register for a tournament or buy in at a table you can see your current balance there.
We expect this problem to be solved by tomorrow.
Thank you for your understanding and please accept my apologies for any inconvenience.
If you have any furthers questions or comments, please do not hesitate to contact us.
With kind regards,
Elissa Bijsterveld

hey cjvfruity, His this true? You really received this answer from them? Its not that i am as worried as other members can be because i didnt had any money there, but still i would really like to know what can i count with them, if it worth to keep playing there to try to win something or not. If its just this, i will, but, like others say, if they are closing because they met their objectives of taking some money out of som online poker player, than i dont want to keep going there.

Yes mate, the reply I posted was the actual one I received.
I too was surprised I got a response so quickly! I have had 3 other emails I sent, about an error in a prize pool amount have no response though.

Hmm, they converted the money virtually into "real money", right ? They didn´t paid out that amount. Who has cashed out with them ? Honestly, I don´t care, because I tried it and already deletetd their software from my computer.

hah ha, Lol at the matchbox servers. I've received similar responses about other things not appearing and they sited server problems s the issue. Hopefully now that they have all these players they'll start upgrading to accommodate.
