It shouldnt be forbidden, but it should be made clear that such trades are done at own risk and that BRM won't do something about if someone scams (except banning the scammers). There should also be a minimum post requirement to be able to post in trade-threads

Kinda funny yeah, It's all at your own risk. There is nothing BRM can do about it except lock the threads and forbid it. Start warning/temporarily banning. people that create these threads.

acctually the funny part is where they still try to convince you they are making the deal legit when they have been found out like a kid saying he didnt eat chocolate with the chocolate around the kids face

you got nerve dude posting in this thread as you are 1 of the scammers yourself LOL
Anyone who tries to scam is breaking the rules so admin has enough reasons to ban him/her. Lots of people has broken the rules previously, speaking in non-English language, posting competitors links, even making offensive comments. I think it's admin's responsability, not ours.

How about only letting thread RE trading only postable by members with 200+ posts or something? As used in other poker forums? Prob involve manual scanning of threads though which could be a right pain in the rear..

simply ignore jovi pfff dont get in that situation yourself should have been honest from the start saying its dirty money and there would be a risk in making a deal with you (even if that decreases the chance of a trade) now your being a called a scammer which i dont think you are but you made 1 guy tilt and now 1 guy is calling you a scammer

There should be NO list of people that have "scammed" others, unless they are found guilty of fraud in a court of law! who's to say the people that acuse the scammers are not scammers themselves?
Just ban trades, and start banning members who offer trades after receiving a warning not to do it!

sure why dont we break down brm site aswell helping others with some transfers or helping people getting no deposit bonusses lets just all stop helping each other this way we take away the good and the bad factors of everything. Ban trades / Ban Deposit offers / Ban freerolls that get exploited / ban everything

Your missing my point mate! Why should I believe you, if you say you have been scammed? You could never prove it beyond reasonable doubt (I am not suggesting you are a liar by the way).
BRM would have to setup an investigation department and become judge, jury and executioner! which I doubt they would like very much, it may even have legal issues or something.
Also, BRM members can not scam you using deposit offers or freerolls, so that arguement just makes no sense to me.
It has also, already been stated several times, that BRM are NOT allowing poker money trade threads/posts at the moment, so if you are scammed then its no ones fault but your own! cheers
