I have play turnament 400 garantend and than everything gone, did they back my money ? Is everybody have similar problems. I pay for turnament 2.20 euro

email support, they should at least give you your buy in back. I have had similar problems, so I decided to stop playing there for a little while, I have a nice bankroll going, but I am going to wait until they fix most of the problems before actively playing there again.

Apparently they have a serious issue with their tournaments. While all the tournies fail one by one almost once every day. the ring games still play normally. I hope they will get it fixed soon
