That's not an excuse... You can always get no deposit bonuses (I know they are rare for bosnian players,but they do exist). If you already blew all the no deposit bonuses you can get then well...maybe quitting poker is an option.
Also,considering you seem to be able to afford an internet connection you cant be that poor tbh,idk about bosnia but here you pay well over 50€ per month for a decent connection
