First of all I didn't claimed the tifckets instead, I wanted the prize. An if You claim I clicked than where are those tickets if I have "0" ad I should have 13 tickets.

This is exactly the same I did with the same results. I read that you could receive the ticket in aproximately 1 month. If it takes more than january 15th, then you are suppoused to contact support. Anyway I am still wondering if I will get the ticket for the Sit or the tickets for the Xmas Draw.

Hi, I win yesterday and wrote this post. Now, when I try to see how this is going on, I receive this messege:
"SORRY - Your prize has expired!
Prizes can only be claimed within 2 hours.
You won your prize Wednesday, December 07, 2011 at 14:58 GMT, and now is Thursday, December 08, 2011 15:57 GMT."
I claimed the ticket yesterday, but now I don't have thicket, nor Xmas draw tickets nor a chance to claimed because the prize has expired.

Please Adm, I'd like to know what happened.
There was a smal bug which affected you because you won a prize that somebody else didn't want (they claimed lottery tickets for it), so the system got confused. You can try to claim your prize again but you have to do it as soon as possible. The link should still be in your MobMail: www.bankrollmob.com/mobmail.asp

I won on my 7th box. A deck of 888poker cards. Claimed it and got accepted. Yeee I´m happy for every little gift. It´s the thought that counts. Ill try open as many as I can . Who knows......
