Although, there are play money sites that do indeed have cash prize tourneys...I quess all would depend on the business model they select. Not to mention the software upgrades...think I'll stick with tried and true. There are already disgruntled members as a result of a beta bubble burst.

I wouldn't go near a poker application that uses real money on Facebook of all places, they should stick to what they know which is hosting 65% of the worlds most pointless opinions and news from people's dull existances.

It sure would be a great business for Fabecook and also for poker industry. "Play money" players would start investing real money on this game and better players who already use other rooms would also start using this new game joining all kinds of players, some looking for a chance to learn more and earn their first real money in the game, others looking for fish.
Should facebook go ahead with a real money site? Overall, I believe it would be good for the entire poker community. There should be an overall increase in traffic with primarily weak players (good for the steadies), it would force variou goverments to rethink their position on the topic (probably for the better) and hopefully helps create a better regulated industry thereby forcing shady sites to clean up or get out.

The other 35% are on Twitter . . . for what it's worth, I have a page that I made in college (when it was college student-exclusive and after intensive insistence from my friend, who I wanted to bang at the time). However, I haven't used the site socially in about 16 months, only "Liking/Recommending" and sharing various junk, mostly to keep my page as politically incorrect and lascivious as possible.
I don't see the rewards of any Faceb00k real money poker client being worth a deposit . . . however I am tempted because I'm sure plenty of total donks who play for fun on there might deposit just to give it a whirl. Of course I'm still not gonna bother because I also doubt the HUD/multi-tabling/tourney format/grinding potential. Being a U.S. citizen, I'm sure it won't be an option even if I was remotely interested! lol

whatever such giants like facebook start its always interesting to see what comes out- how will the end product look, what sort of traffic the room would generate, what sort of promotions would be on offer etc. the same is when google starts cooking up something...

If just 20% of those players get into playing for real money, it would be big increase in overall online poker industry, cause they have such a huge base of players.
