yes,i had the same.i sent them an email for the second time today telling them that they're site is a joke and that they are screwing people over.also i told them they can close my account and i won't be playing with them anymore.

If you are unhappy try to imagine how i feel after a tournament buy in of 22E,and the crush occured when there were 40 left and i was in top 10..first 36 places paid..
