after one of the hundred servcrashes 150 euros from my account disappeared. i wrote 6 mails and the ignoe it. now i'm waiting 5 days. i guess they take it as a way to take the players money. Terible buggy software NO support cheating!!! forget it. dont give one cent to this site!!!

There were a lot of problems from what i heard from other mobsters with their software but the most concerning thing in your case is the fact that you did not recieve an reply from their support....
For me thats a big minus for any poker platform, if you want happy customers you need to have a good support

it's like i've been saying in my posts,they are cheating us all,BRM has to remove them from the site, these are not bugs anymore.I lost good positions during tourneys,account cleaned out and also no replys to emails

Everything fine with my account.I had it once that money wasnt recredited to my account after leaving the table but they solved it after i wrote them a mail.Its hard to believe that they dont respond to your mails,usually the support is pretty fast(personal experience).
But if you wrote them the same way you talk to other players at the tables,i wouldnt answer as well.you know what i mean.I never saw somebody cursing so much,hard to believe that you are 50.More like 16 and using an account on your daddys name....

Just to post from a different point of view....
I have made a nice profit, been able to cash out quickly and consistently, had MOST of my problems sorted out in quick time ( I have also had my balance dissapear, but then have it returned upon email contact ).
My emails were answered promptly and effeciently, until about a week ago...
Since then I have emailed about an error in the prize amount I received in a tourney, 4 times! and received no reply.
My advice towards players playing at highpulse at this point in time, is to NOT deposit your own money... sure, play their freerolls, tourneys, cash games all you want... but do NOT risk your own money at this time....
Give them a chance to iron out all the bugs and problems, make the most of the free play, but do not risk money you can not afford to lose...

They probably receive a massive amount of emails at the moment, that's why they take a long time to reply. There is no evidence of cheating but with all the complaints we can't deny their software is pretty bad

what cjvfruity wrote is true! trust me, I was critical from the beginning. And from beginning I said I wouldnt deposit only one single cent of my own money there. And if you have read my postings then you ,ight know that I am not a person to trust a pokerroom for nonsens and because they are just friendly guys. There are gangsters out there, we all know it, but at the time I wouldnt say that High Pulse is cheating players for money. The reasons why they do their business how they do it, thats another discussion and not in my interest to know Two days ago I finally got an answer from support about a question I asked them maybe two weeks ago - so my opinion is that they have just plenty of work at this time, while the players rush their site even more. I have also won enough from nothing there and already cashed out the money. The whole transfer took two days and thats fairly fast.

Hmm, Im not playing there, so guess what I say is worthless, however, it does seam ever post regarding HPP you have made a "give it chance" remark, you seam to be the only one who has had a cash out there, and good experience, not only that but introduced HPP well before banrollmob was offering promotions to the site, sorry, but can not help but think you are associated to them somehow. They had a long time in beta, there should be no problems there, I guess BRM are getting paid as they have not dropped them, yet, but for anyone playing be very cautious. Opening a stand alone room is very risky in todays market.
But anyone expecting anything other than a automated response is crazy, they will, with all the problems they are having have 1000s of mails to respond to. I do not think they will last, just an opinion.
GL to all having problems there, as said stay cautious, don't deposit(sorry bankrollmob) and don't expect your money, just hope for it. Keep the faith, GL all.
Edit, just seen a few other members have had cashouts, the lucky few, or possibly a keep sweet, who knows, I'm sure its more profitable for them to make it work, agin GL al.

Hey guys, I've had a pleasant experience there too. Although I admit that I haven't tried to withdraw yet, although they may not be a bad idea, just to see.
I so far have never seen my balance disappear, although sometimes my freeroll winnings are added to Beta Winnings. But I just click, "convert" and I get it all added to my balance.

imo i think people should not deposit there as there is too many problems at the moment,keep playing the freerolls and see what happens but dont hope to cash out your winnings

Seriously, I have deposited and withdrawn (32 hours to have the withdrawal in my account). So I don´t really see a problem there...yet....
They are having a lot of software problems, ridiculous after 2 years of testing, but I get the impression they definitely want to make it work.
Support must be OVERWHELMED with e-mails, so no surprise that it takes a while to answer.
Don´t know how long a site can keep this up without having the guaranteed tournaments filled up properly, so....

Good call IslandJack, I was actually wondering myself if they were making enough from the cash tables to cover the losses on the guaranteed tourneys/ freerolls adequately. I'm sure if it was risking putting them under they would drop them first, which might be a good warning to withdraw as traffic would likely drop as a result.
