No site ever started up like this, mention ONE of the decent sites out there who started up like this. I never seen a site having the problems HPP have. There is no excuse.. They have been beta almost 4 years.. They want deposits and people play with REAL money, then fix it or keep the trash in beta. There is alot of better sites to play at. Seems like amateurs are running this site..

Seems a mixed bag, yesterday I was in a thread stating the same - no support. But a member came on and said he got a reply in 2 days. They could be prioritising due to low staff??? However, they have lost my business due to all the negative feedback and no responses.

I like the HighPulse Software. OK sometimes there a some leaks and tourneys where cancelled. But it´s a new site and i think they delete the errors in the future. And i made a withdraw without problems in the past.

well i guess the best thing to do is wait and give them a chance to fix and sort their problems and its the only way you can do is to wait and to wait and to wait and to wait...lol maybe one day you'll hear from them again with some good news.

i've been in good positions in tourneys as well then it crashes and after trying to log back in couldn't do it,been waiting over 3 weeks for a reply to my e'mails,wonder if they ever will.

had a guy last night come to a 2c -5c ring table with what is supposed to be 5 euros max to come in with, he comes in with 442 euros....something fishy with the software...wouldn't allow me to bring in more
