Yeah. Thats brutal. I had huge bad beat too. Worst bad beat that can happend is when there is 2 cards that can help him and your opponent must hit bouth of them and there is two cards to come. Mine was AA against JJ Axxflop J turn J river And there was no potencial runner runner str8 or flushes.
preflop all in,...this makes sense...definately a luckbox hittin runner-runner. In order to qualify for a badbeat jackpot one has to sit at a badbeat table and prepay the badbeat fee prior to the deal. Then, if someone loses to a badbeat, as in this case, the jackpot money would rain down on the table. Not sure if there are bb tables on NLO? Sorry for your loss and best wishes for a speedy recovery. Looks like this guy had his due....

I gave one once, nearly the same situation. Was sb, AJ and villan bb, KK. Usual preflop raises and calls. After flop villan shoves and I call. The flop had a KAx, turn A, riv J. I'm usually on the receiving end of these. Vilan loses it in the chat box...in a way he deserved it...he was donk bettin the table for at least 1/2 an hour. Then, the next hand I floated a KJ boat on the flop and guess what he had shoved on me again preflop...he left after that.

I have never played no limit Omaha, sick beat indeed, always to an idiot, at least you still had a healthy stack to continue with, hope it did not tilt you.

It was really bad indeed. I bet when you saw the flop you thought : alright i got it and relaxed but you started getting worried seeing that turn. Anyways that happens from time to time. Good that you didnt lose your whole stack there.

Yeah, as jovicakralj writes, when there are two specific cards that has to come, and they do, that's pretty f*cked up.
My story is a set of jacks on the flop against 88.
8 on the turn, here I got him all in.
8 on the river, here I called my mom and cried for a full 45 minutes...
That was at Everest, and come to think of it, I have surprisingly frequently got a set of J:s on the flop there, and been drawn out on by all sorts of flushes and other stuff.
Not that I'm a rigtard, I just find it a funny conicidence. And by funny, I mean tragic.
Agree that it's not an exactly badbeat because you push in pre-flop. If it was in flop, i would have been terrible!!

Yes!! I completely agree ... I suffered the same as you KK vs 77 few days ago. He shove with K in the flop and, of course, I instant call. After that, two sevens felt!!!!

Like suicide-tragic.
I had that happen at NL600 a few years ago. Set of Qs on the flop vs set of 8s, 8 on the river to lose a really big pot.
Recently heads up in a turbo SNG, I raise with KQ, villain shoves QQ and I called. Three 5s show up on the flop, a J and then another 5 on the river and I took the tourney. sick.
Well there was nothing you could do there. I would say its a cooler rather than a bad beat, especially cause it's a 3 way pot. But still, tough luck buddy, I wish u better luck next time!
Posted by Jibberish: your a donk for playing that hand in the first place, it couldve all been avoided.
Its PLO ffs.. I am gonna raise with any high pair that close to the money especially when much smaller stacks are going to call with pretty much anything.
Had it been against bigger stacks I'd have let it go.

wrong wrong wrong, u obv dont play low stakes plo
highpair in plo is almost useless unless u hit trips or something and odds of that happening isnt great and it still might not be the best hand most of the time
