I've send a request to transfer 1.700 euro to my moneybookersaccount. But i wait now for more than 4 days. How long does it take?

Maybe a good idea to update the F.A.Q. on http://highpulsepoker.com/ Some idea's for the F.A.Q. are: How long does it take to withdraw my money to Moneybooker, Neteller, Bankaccount etc... I've lost my money in the game, because of siteproblems, what can I do? I've send an e-mail, how long does it take to get a respons?
Questions like that will help a lot of e-mails

not being funny not hate towards the poker site, but why mobster are you playing there with all these problem, i know signing up there surports BRM and the site has a few bugs, and doing its best to help all the customers, but remember people you started playing there for free then maoning ya azzes of emailing them over a few cents,, (slaging them off) crazy shhit going on here.................
just found it unbelieveable how some people act here.................. and your just showing your selfs up over it,

Your post has no place in this thread and should be deleted as well as this one that i m typing. It s clearly says it s thread for HPP support. Should ppl not report bugs and crashes to them? If that would be the case guess what would happen. I supported this poker room in other threads as you can clearly see cause i like almost everything about it and almost certain i ll deposit when they solve server side issues but when crashes happen i ll report it like they expect it to. You picked one guy who mentioned 6 cents out of pile of them who clearly didnt. Even if it s 6 cents it s his right to ask them as it s his time that makes their living. Cheers.

Some tournaments crashed again today. Everyone affected was credited.
We will be deploying a new update tomorrow morning from 08-09 (GMT+1) that should solve tournament crashing.

Just send them an email as the previous members did in order to get a refund. Posting here also helps i believe since it seems they read the post and respond to them. gl

iv been playing here around 2 yrs. i won around 580 euro,s in beta testing.
im not pissed off about the 5.50 buyin. just think it,s bad manners from hpp. iv pulled most of the rest of my money off tonight.
i may well redeposit as i like the site.

hi thanks iv sent about 4 mails to them they replyed saying money was deposited in my account just press the convert beta money button. there was no money in the beta.

i think things are improving now at high pulse not had any more crashes for a while cashouts have been processed within a couple of hours so all looks pretty good to me fomr here on in i turned my brm leader board 1st place freeroll win into 360 euros just by placing in a few tournies and the cash is on its way ill be depositing at high pulse now without any fear well done guys and gals you got there in the end!!!!
I have reimbursed you for the SnG. The money from cash game had already returned to your account. Regarding tournament cancellation; when you've registered for a tournament you get credited with rake even if the tournament is cancelled. I know it's frustrating when it happens - but at least you make a little money on it, due to the 50% rakeback .

I can see you were already refunded with 10� for these incidents. Regarding the rakeback; at that time we had a display issue, where the client would show the total rake paid. This visual bug has been solved and everyone received the correct amount.

Good news! I've got my 1.700 on my moneybookersaccount!
So everyone that withdraw money to moneybookers, have to wait 2 - 5 days Last Monday I've withdraw 300 euro, I will let you know how fast I've got the money!
Thanks Jonas for all the response here! But update the F.A.Q. on the homepage, than everyone can look there before he/she sends the money!

I withdrawal ~10 € with moneybookers again today. Worked fine last time, but this time the money is gone from my poker account, but the transaction isnt listed in the history. also i didnt recieve anything on my moneybookers account.

Good Morning all.
I am new to HPK and find it a fast growing site. Decent free rolls and torney prices are not out of reach. I am retired and plat poker as a hobby. Great fun. I also just joined PKR, haven't played yet, but I see there free rolls are extremely small with alot of entry's. Not worth my time. Thx to BRM they will be giving a free bonus of $11.. was the transfer to or from sabrina. she and dianady are bounties on the site insit n go,s if you knock either of them out you get ur buyin back.
