Glad to hear you got your money quickly. However when you want to withdraw more than 1700€ we have to put you through the KYC (Know Your Customer) procedure. So before you can get the remaining 400€ out you will have to send in
I went through your logs and can see that your money has been returned to your account. Some times there can be a bit of a delay when you 'stand up' from a cash game table.

WTF is wrong with this software?from 2 hands shown down 1 has to be a flush or a straight forming...all the stupid donks win because they have a 2 or a 4 in the hand and they form a flush...i never seen so many on any other poker site...just here

i m in the same situation i made 360 from winning a leaderboard freerol turned the 10 euros into some good money l lost 80 on the cash tables and decided to cashout 288 euro so i made the ninimum eposit 10 euros emailed the cashier and asked them how long it takes at high pulse to process the withdralals and within 2 hours i had received an email back stating my withdrawal had been successful back onto my visa card and he funds will show in my account within 3 working days that was a day and a half ago so ill get my money on friday earliest or monday latest i cant see there being a problem but i will inform high pulse punters if there is any messing about

Your last withdrawal was processed 15/12/2011 at 12:28:00 (GMT) . So you should have received the money by now. When the transaction disappears from your 'transaction history' it means that the withdrawal has been processed. This will be fixed in the next deployment and the transactions for p2p transfers/deposits/withdrawals will appear in the correct colors - showing all details.
This is a stupid little display bug that frightens a lot of our customers, sorry about that, we will have it solved asap.

In compliance with the rules and regulations issued by our licenser the Lotteries and Gaming Authority of Malta. We will require the following documents:
-copy of ID card (front and back) or passport
-utility bill no older than 3 months
-copy of credit card (front and back) covering the 8 middle digits of your Credit Card. (only to send if player is using MasterCard or Visa)

any chance of hpp putting back the 2.20 euro and the 3.30 euro sit n go,s they seemed to have been replaced with 22 euro and 11. which are not filling up very fast the afore mentioned fill up reasonabley quick.
