JONAS: Why I am not allowed to play the christmas freeroll?? I´ve won a ticket and was registered, even this afternoon! And now this tourney doesn´t open for me and it disappeared from mytourneys?

I know there are a lot of problems on the site. The site started in April 2008 and they are sill busy with the software. Everyone knows that starting a pokersite is very difficult. They doing the best they can! But sometimes there are serverproblems or some little problems, please accept it from a young pokersite. I also had problems wit withdrawing my money to moneybookers, and send them 2 mails. After 5 days i get a response. I know it's long but wait... It's not about 5 cents but for 1.700 euro! Here are some tips: Send them 1 mail. After they respond (and they will!), you can reply the mail and they respond within 1 day! Give them the time to make the pokersite perfect The transfer to Moneybookers will be in 2 till 5 days

To Jonas: The 1100 tournament had problems last Saturday. Can I have my 11 euro buy-inn back?

Just send them an e-mail and wait, they will answer the mails. I had the same problem on the 1.1k tournament. But I know for sure that I'll get my buy-inn back. Just a matter of time
If there are problems with the tourney of the WPT Vienna, they will have that tourney again.
