agree totally, same to me... no answers to E-Mail ... and I tried to encourage others to give them a chance... but ok. however, at least I never had a problem to withdraw and they refunded me. but that´s history. who knows what´s happening meanwhile at their headquarters. hope they will recover and get back to prior things, like supporting us.

I´ve heard alot of people saying that there e-mails were answered after 5 days. Well I can also just say the same. I contakted support about a tournament refund and after five days they answered and I had on the same day the refund. I ve always 3 times cashed out with out problems. After getting my tournament money back , I must say I have never experienced anything that would make me leave the site. It might be my main 1.... I´m triing out for the Pro Contract.
I´ve made a bit of money thank - you High Pulse Poker. ( A friend too.)

I like High Pulse and I believe they will get everything right soon, they are still young and the game play and graphics aren't as bad as some sites. Give em a chance and see what happens. At least they still have freerolls $10 and $25 thats gotta count for something.
