hi admin i still havnt had my winnings from the safe cracker game i won on the 22 of feb so i was thinking can i just have points of the same value instead then i will have enougth to cash in my mob points it has been ages now since i won and im getting anxious to if i will ever get this cash so what you think

bloody hell dannyjon i thought you got that ages ago? have you still not got the letter from moneybbokers with your verification code or something? maybe thats why you havent gotten it yet. Good luck hope you get it soon mate.

i dont think it will be down to the BRM , as i said if you havent got that letter then your account may not be enabled to recieve funds if you know what i mean? I dont remember having to wait for a letter from moneybookers, is there not a toll free support number you could call and maybe they can give you the verification code over the phone?

As mentioned elsewhere, we hit the roof at moneybookers, so no more transactions allowed there, until some verification/approval process has been completed, and that's what the payment team has been waiting for, for quite some time now.

And what this means? That if someone want to cashout points to his moneybookers account this is imposible now? And why they are waisting the verification?

Since it takes a week for the moneybookers cashout to be processed, then i don't think it's going to be a problem. I think they expect it to be ready within a week or so.
But if you want to be safe, pick another method than moneybookers.

I assume they just have some limits for each "approve level", kinda like neteller, paypal etc.
