Hi BRM, It says on here that my bonus has been paid and approved.
On PP I go to my account and I have the $25 in my pending account (ie. to be released after I get the number of raked hands etc). However the free $25 bonus is not in my real money account and when I try to sit at a real money table is says that I must make a real money acccount and to do that I have to deposit?
I understand the bonus is meant to take a while to get paid, but the pending bonus has been paid, but the actual $25 real money hasn't which is what seems odd to me?
Can anyone, such as an admin help me please?
I'd be happy to wait, its just odd that one bonus is there but the other is not?

Did you signup for a real money account? ie; put all your person details such as your adress etc.? If not, that is probably one of the reasons you don't see the free $ yet.

Did you follow all the instructions when signing up with Party Poker?
For example:
5) In the PartyPoker software, go to "Cashier » Deposit" to open the cashier registration. Fill out the Cashier formular! When asked to make a deposit, just close the cashier page. Your cashier registration is now complete!

I had the exact same problem with my PP bonus , i even ended up deleting my account even though the bonus was approved cause of the way PP support handled the situation. I found them rude and not helpful at all, they wanted all kinds of ID and phone calls before i could play. Big

i get a email on my computer at home and i open it 10 dollars free for partypoker... they said you can use it for casino games and poker. i try it and yes, i got my money.. so i want to play a real money no limit holdem table, and then they said you have not enough money... so i write them an email and they send nothing back. so i can not play with my money on partypoker.. Do one of you guys know what the problem is ???????

I've reieve the same mail but they gave me a 5 $ . So i play some casino and won 13 $. So i had 18 $ on my account. And with those 13 i could play poker nl, and now i am on 47 $ Just try some casino( slots or something) and win some poker money
