So i play both pokerstars and party. this is my opinion on both and which is better and id love to hear yours!
Pokerstars was my long time favorite as it has a huge player base and descent tournaments. but lately i dont know what it is but it seems like since the americans left (were forced) the sites gone downhill. if your not playing higher stakes you dont get quality play at all atleast on party there are alot of canadians i find and not to brag but us canada folk are good at poker and know how to play properly(note i am not saying that we are better then everone else lmfao) but ya party poker has won me over. the style of there tables and there tournaments are great plus i find there less monkeying around in the freerolls. anywho thats my schpeel hope you enjoy!!!!

I would prefer Pokerstars because they offer more different game types I am interested in. But since a while I am creeping very low there. It seems I am losing to everyones anycards, lol. Some years ago I even was able to cash out there from time to time, but things have changed with the big pokerutilities. Wish I could change my Nick there to get out of this circle. Hope it will change someday.

Hi all!!
Pokerstars, of course. Better soft, better VIP rewards, more and different kinds of MTTS and much more players. No doubts about PS are the biggest. And no doubt we need a 2nd very stong, the bonus that PS offered recently was a joke.

Unfprtunately i have to disagree with you. Party have been great to me in terms of offers and promos, but i just cant figure it out, i always seems not to have a place on those tables, everything keeps going wrong, i dont know how to play there. I am not a good amateur neither my poker skill is too higher or something like that, but i think i am not as bad as i look like at Party tables. The thing is: i cant win there. As for Stars, everything happens there, and there are nice players in all levels, and still i manage to win. I prefer a room where i can win. As simple as that! By the way, looking things this way, there are better sites than Stars for me though

the swings are bigger at stars but its because of a much larger player base and assuimg your playing tourneys, but overall id pick stars without a blink of an eye, they are the only platform i trust, plus if you find opposition is playing any 2 cards well then... deal me in you win money off them

i totally agree with the easy money all in donks theory for sure!!! i live for rebuy tournys like low stacks ones cause people play it like its a freeroll and you dont even need to buy back in unless you get real unlucky knocking out donks lmfao
I think there canadiende both the U.S. ban has been playing poker the canadiendes to mean you are very good players
canadiendes when the game they are more tight and more difficult to snatch their hands
the Russians but not in the comments encounters a very loose players find them harder to beat but there are some who exaggerate to gamble and is easier to beat them they have to be a tight game

Well my thoughts at the current moment are for Party Poker. I like the iPoker network currently, but I admittedly am not a high roller, so my testimony is slightly skewed. I imagine for high stakes or high volume players Stars is the place to be.
Even though I haven't played @ poker stars for a long time, I'd say there site is still superior to PartyPoker. The vip system @ Party is retarded. It's geared for mid to high limit players. A micro limit player will find it very hard to break out of the bronze key, and a semi-casual low limit player will find the same with getting out of the silver key. Why should it cost a low limit player so much more for the same reward when they have to play 10X as long as a mid stakes player to generate the same amount of points.

I hear ya PsychoKiller, thier VIP structure is rather annoying from a consumer in your range's point of view. That's pretty much the same reason I left Mansion Poker as well, they just were'nt suited to my roll. Makes sense for them to reward high volume players more though.

By my mind party poker is good for micro limit players because there is always a nice punch of fishes swimming around. But If you are a tourny player then u should go straight for stars. There's nothing to play in party, especially in low BI tourneys. But in stars, there are lots of to play. always going on some 1$ tourney or something like that. But still I prefer Party, cause thats where I have my roll and where I built it
