Hey Jammyjag,
I have had ChiliPoker do an investigation, and you are indeed eligible for the free gift (which I have now approved with 5000 MOB points).
We are sorry about that, however to be fair, you did request with the poker name: JAGDUBS444 - however your poker name is "SORRYDONK". So you were rejected the first time, as we could not locate your poker-name.

Thats the problem with some of the bonuses, it is very easy to get poker name and account name mixed up, OK for us English guys, those who take time to work it out(not to hard) but I guess some none English speaking might get a little muddled. Perhaps change poker name to log in name and emphasize it is not your screen name at the table and vice versa.

Posted by Chartoule: Hi!!!!
Hope you can get your 5000 mobpoints soon... but, when a site says something like that, few things we can do ('my house, my rules')
Bye!
He has got them already, but thanks for your input.
I'd like to remind the people reading this thread about the time Nuts Poker did not payout the very easily playedthrough pokergift of 50 $, and Bankrollmob payed out of their own pocket. (Me among others.)
I think people should be very careful before they say that BRM is robbing anybody.

DAMNNNNN. I did the same mistake. I just sent email to BRM to advice me to corect that. There was 2 steps to do the request. First there was indeed to whrite the login name and the second step was to request with your poker name (nickname) MY BAD

Hey Edy, found your account - it was "BlasterEdys" - which has now been approved and 5000 MobPoints deposited to your account!
We have made it more clear in the instructions that we need the Poker Name now (Its always a mess when the partners use 2-3 different IDs for a player).
