High Pulse Updating  0

Hello BRM members,

I can't update High Pulse, getting the next error

Internal error:
could not create file 'new\HighPulse.exe

I removed the old version then installed a new one,
but no succsess.

Any thoughts?
Thank you

- do a new uninstall.

- then remove the folder C:/windows/installer/{AC05AC51-5E65-448C-B555-CF956768B76C}
(maybe you have got a different foldername or a similar one, just check if the "ARPPRODUCTION" file is there, then it is the right one) reverse the slash in the pathname, for some reason the message editor here doesn´t accept my backslash

- also do a scan for any additional "High Pulse" folders on your system partition and delete them. there must be at least one under your local settings

- search for any existing registry entries of High Pulse and delete them (be sure to backup your registry for safety reasons)

- restart the system

- install again with a clean downloaded version

besides all of this, could it be that there´s an error on your harddisk partition or that you are running out of free diskspace? maybe a checkdisk run would help.

hope it helps and you get it going.

I agree that you must restart your pc before trying to reinstall the high pulse poker application...

I really think that it will work after restart. Try and report back!

Never had a problem with the updates, sometimes after an update it wont recognise my login details though.
