There I was, field of just over 600 in the 25 euro freeroll, down to the last 10 players I was sitting 5th and boom, the tourney closes and then all of the other tourneys close in the lobby.
Gutted, if I had been knocked out I would have been paid! I played some of the best poker I have played for a while as well, the xmas 10k freeroll is doomed, how will they recover from a crash in such a major tourney if / when it goes down tomorrow I wonder?!

I think you ll get money for 5th place. At least that s how they did it last time. Keep your eyes on your account balance since they wont notice you or you can post in offcial HPP support thread. Jonas might answer you. But pretty sure you ll get money for 5th. Cheers.

GGRRRRR . I was one of the 1st to qualify for the xmas 10 freeroll. And yesterday when it started I was not able to take part. They had deleted my registration. And I looked so much forward to playing in it. ( for weeks) What a let down.

If I count it right there are 4 players up to now, including me, they´ve cancelled from registration? Anyone else? I wonder why they did it. It doesn´t look like a software failure, because probably there should be much more players affected. Not only a hand full.
