I played the christmas freeroll sat some weeks ago and won a ticket for the tourney. I was placed in the list as number 186 or somewhat around that. I checked several times, even this afternoon it showed up that I was registered. At 16:00 CET today I was logged in to High Pulse and was playing the BRM Leaderboard tourney. The christmas tourney should open but it did not for me. I checked "MyTourneys" and it just dissappeared. Also a new login and software restart didn´t open the tourney! I checked every single table in the list but I couldn´t find my player name. What I saw is that 24-30% of the players were in disconnected status and been flipped around from table to table.
Don´t think I am ungrateful. Thanks for all the free prizemoney - just one last thought left: there are things more worth then prizemoney and that´s one reliable you can trust on and I have some trouble now to trust you. Even if it was a freeroll, it was my time and my energy and my fk effort I invested while playing at your site. That´s disappointing.

that sucks, im sure there do something for u they seem to be fixing everyone elses problems pretty quickly. would have been nice to actually get to play the tourny and not fucked around tho so definitly know were ur coming from.

Sorry I didn´t get that part. Might be my bad knowledge of english?
well at least I made it to the LB final table, so my efforts weren´t completely for nonsens. It´s just annoying to be happy the whole day and look forward to a great tourney just to see, there´s something unfair going on. I don´t know what support could do about it, except to say they are sorry, or I was wrong or something blablabla. but I wasn´t wrong.

This already happened to me, I played a lot in hig pulse, played several classified satellites and when I, my name did not appear disappointing this site, do not play anymore, so I just fooling the people that love poker ....

Sorry to hear that. Still a lot of problems unfortunately.
I did worse. Won a sat entry a long time ago. Forgot about it. Saw this afternoon the x-mas 10.000 was running and started an hour late. Big stack calling everything with garbage, getting lucky of course, and I was out fast.
High pulse really has some major tech issues related to there software, and they will have a lot of negative feedback until it's resolved. I still think they will not be around in a year's time but that's only my opinion.

hm, I am just having a dejavu? heard that before somewhere, lol. Sorry for you. But at least you were allowed to take a shot at the tourney.
For me it is hard to believe now that there isn´t someone somewhere in this business circle working to my disadvantage, for reasons I only can imagine.
Do you want to know what also is making me sceptical? There are some players rushing the final tables a bit to often for my taste. I met one of the final competitors of the BRM LB Tourney some days ago at a LB table and he was complaining about himself that he did not register for the Leaderboard although he would have won this tourney two times already. And this afternoon this guy again was sitting at FT with his friends, but I did not see him at the leaderboard. He would for sure win the whole competition! So I ask myself, why he did not register? With such an unbelievable good roll? I wont betray my real thoughts about this here. But I´ve got a possible conclusion.

yeah sucks to spend so much time qualifying for a tournament and then not able to play due to site's mistake. high pulse are surely losing present and potential customers with these mistakes. hope you get some compensation from them

if it sucks living and the maximum cheat, do not offset by anything, even if you lose the money from the entry, plus I've been 3 days without winning a hand in over 10 tournaments and many more free money, resumed for many people miss the tournament EUR 10000 is all very rigged in that room
------------ brm tournaments alone the tease 4 days a week and so annoy the players who are below the classification brm hopefully make them better in another room, they are Russians and to expect the Russians? in addition to steal? stealing is the office of the Russian

I don´t want to compare this with Absolute Poker, but maybe it´s enough to know the right people and to have a good friend at the servers. But for sure I am completely wrong and he is just an outstanding good talent I am just envious at. With all this high reglementation standards nowadays, how this should be possible. So shame on me for falling back to old rigtard manners.

sorry always forget theres alot of differnt laguages here and english not being manys first. just mean i understand why you would be angry and annoyed with the situation.

I m seeing my 3rd final table tonight. TONIGHT. And i made bankroll trough freerolls. lol @ you. Dude just plays good that s all. +Cheating in a freeroll for like 10 bucks, rly?
p.s. The amount of fish in those BRM tournaments are like ocean. Every hand they commit to playing ends up in all-in. Pretty izi for good player.
@topic i know how you feel. But they always refunded me when i got stuck etc... so i close my eyes to it. They ve been good to me

@xdomagojx: probably you are right and they´ve been good to me, too. Although it sucks to get canceled without a reason or due to software failures. waiting if they find it worthy to reply to this issue.
