Who here has bought or plays poker on a game console like xbox 360 or playstation 3 or anything like that... me personally i always see them and think they would be really boring and not fun after a while.. and was actually wondering if any1 has played them
it would be cool if you could play online for money through them then i would probably get a game

i HAVENT MYSELF BOUGHT A GAME LIKE THIS BUT I HAVE PLAYED wsop POKER ON THE PSP AND I THOUGHT IT WAS PRETTY COOL LOL. oBVIOUSLY IT DOESNT HAVE THE EDGE OF REAL MONEY PLAY BUT IF YOU DIDNT HAVENT AN INTENET CONNECTION I SUPPOSE YOU COULD PLAY THAT. p.s stick to GTA on the ps3 when it comes out lol.

yea i guess but personally i dunno i had poker on my cell phone but it wasnt for money and that novelty wore off quite quick, because there is no money so really nothing to play for, so its like a free roll lol

back to topic i always wanted to rent such a game for the ps2 at the videostore but if you really think about it it may have nice graphics and stuff but it will get boring after sometime because first of all you can only play one table and when no real money is involved poker will get pretty boring in my opinion. when you hae no real goal you wanna reach its just useless

I don't think that there would be many games of poker for the playstation 3 or xbox 360, it just doesn't give justice to the raw processing powers of those machines.

haha you would think that im2good4u, but whenever im in blockbuster or where ever looking for a new game or just browsing whats new you always see the low budget poker game like chris ferguson all in poker or whatever lol.. i always just shake my head.. thats y im askin if anyone enjoys them lol
i played the trial you can download of a poker game over xbox live, i was really impressed by how i thought that the players played relatively realisticly. If i was going to fork out money though i would rather just put that money onto a site

OFF TOPIC... Yes! it's one hell of a game!! very very nice graphics!! although you're gonna need one hell of a computer to run that game. basically brings last year's computers down on its knees.

yea both mine and my brothers computers are monsters and custome made so they will no doubt be able to hand the game i will definatly have to give it a shot then.,.. lol and ill let every1 no what i thought of it

I'm telling you man, it's so freaking awesome, Ive got a core2duo overclocked to 2.4Ghz and an Nvidia 8800GTX and still stutters at 1024x768 at 16xFSAA, it's gonna take quad SLI's to play at very high resolutions.

I've played poker on my iPod (bought the game from the iTunes Store) and it is boring to play vs bots! I tried it on xbox360 aswell, downloaded some free poker game and it was boring again because there were only bots.
In my opinion, I'd rather control my actions with a mouse/keyboard rather than a joystick/pad.
(I do have one lol!)
