i opened an account with titan poker last week, i asked about the bonus and the person told me to wait 72hours, i did that, then asked again just now and was told to ask my provider????? so how do i request a bonus?

I have reuested two bonuses, comeonpoker on the 6th dec and not had a thing, have emailed brm and had no reply. then betfair on the 16th and havent recieved my bonus, dont know whats going on.

Yes all my request have been processed before the maxium of four days and usually quicker than that so if you did all the steps correct Im sure it BRM is on top of it

That's strange Kmnt55, welcome to the forum by the way. Not sure what's going on, BRM will definitely respond to your email but you may have to wait until after the weekend at least as the administration usually takes weekends off. Let us know if there's no response by Tuesday.

Everything should work. You only need to read the instructions and check if a bonus you're requesting for is eligable in your country. I already got 3 bonuses from partypoker, gala poker and yachting poker. Working fine for me.

On every no deposit bonus or gift offer that bankrollmob has to ofer you only need to respect the instructions for each bonus, it's really that simple lol
One more thing, if you did right now you should expect to wait a bit more than it says there, it's not a must, but it can happen from time to time!
