Steer well clear of PKR and Party Poker.. Both sites are simply awful and the level of play is horrendous..

Give me PS or any of the merge sites, anyday.

... Dude, wtf are you thinking?

If the level of play is horrendous then it's a very nice site to play at.

I won't go so far to not recommend, but i stayed the least on Ladbrokes poker. First i had a lot of troubles installing their software, they don't have live support so i had to exchange 10 e-mails with their techical service and when i finally managed to install the software there was little to non action at the sng's after which i transfered the money to the sports department and deleted the software.

For beginner i would recommend you Party Poker. it s great, trusted site with very nice software and lot of beginner players. When you join you also get nice amount of freerolls to practice and build some bankroll perhaps to give you a boost while you are learning the game. You can also try High Pulse Poker, lots of loose action on low levels and freerolls to build your bankroll and practice. Its a bit buggy but shouldnt affect you at all (i play there).

I started on party poker and got a good sense of gameplay even tho i played like a donk but most of ppl around me did as well (loooose). You got platform to develop any kind of playstyle. I tried Yachting poker it s nice for beginner as well in my opinion.

I would avoid Pstars if i were you duo massive amount of ppl playing there it s just too hard for novice player, but then again you have biggest variety of games to experiment with.

Cheers hope it helps. Blink

i have played for a long time at ladbrokes and for me it was the best sites to play at , live support is fast and was always available , also possibility to make a phone call and the withdraw time is exactly 6 hours if you use MB . About a month ago ladbrokes has closed all accounts from belgium players and i am seriously pissed off because of that but they are working at it to get a licence for belgium players to play again at their site and i am going to open a bottle off good bubbles when they get that licence . Big Smile

Stars is by far the best site for a beginner:
- biggest site so more fish (yes, people are right that the good players play there as well, but at microstakes there is no difference in terms of skill between the sites)
- lowest buy in games available
- easy to use software
- great customer support
- Relativly easy to clear 1st deposit bonus with good value (at least compared to other sites)
