What an odd time to rob someone.

Yes, very weird. We don't know yet why they did that. Probably to rob something very valuable, like his bracelet maybe? I don't think Jonathan is stupid enough to keep a lot of valuable stuff in his house though, we'll see.

Atleast he didn't get hurt too badly, they say he only suffered minor injuries.

well big money attract big trouble, or thats usually the case...great news that everyone is fine and that closes the matter, police will take care of everything else i believe...

Known poker players are “easy to define” targets for robbers. Of course that, when someone has a lot of money, tends to increase his own security, and I believe Jonathan Duhamel wouldn’t be different. Having him with some wounds makes everyone think about a fight between him and the thieves. And at least something they should have took out of his house, even if it was just a porcelain cup, it must have nice value…

if the bracelet was even taken is easier to identify these marginal, after all is not any in the world that has a main event bracelet kept in the house

Its just hurts to read something like this.. In the end, the only way to be happy is to have nothing-so you have nothing to lose or worry about, lol.. Hope everything will turn out fine ^_^

That is sad! To think the only way to ensure your security is to have to live with bars on your windows, an electronic security system and be hind locked doors. That's how many people live in the big cities especially in California. And, you don't have to be very wealthy to require those items to be safe from burglars.
At least he's healthy and maybe can provide some leads for authorities. Good Luck to All!

Is Canda a country??
Dude I hope you were only joking... but in case you weren't I will let you know that yes it is. It is actually the 2nd largest country in the world. As far as Mr Duhamel goes I would say that that really sucks. I hope they nail the buggers. I am very glad that he is ok.
