Brent Beckley, the co-founder has entered his guilty plea in the US District Court of Manhattan as part of a plea-bargain deal, he would be looking at a 30 year stretch, but with his plea and co-operation it could well be reduced to 1-2 years. He admitted to hiring Ira Rubin to process payments and looks like he will plea guilty also. Chad Elie and John Campos plea not-guilty, claimed that poker does not fall under UIGEA legislation as its a game of skill, this was shoot down by the DOJ claiming they knowingly committed bank fraud, though they may not have violated UIGEA the have committed crimes against US law. So its not looking good for the guys involved in Black Friday, I'm sure lots of people will now be thinking 1-2 is better than 30, I see a few names getting dropped in the near future.

One more fraud story from world of online poker. No matter what, such things will always happen. Where there is money someone always will want to get more in any way he/she can

It is terrible what the co-founders of AB did to scam us players from us money, I think about those players who have a lot of money on these pokerrooms.
