I am exhausted
Handed out over 300 sandwiches and sweets, blankets, coats, boots and other little gifts. Over 2 days of driving and searching for those who needed help. By 10;30 pm Christmas night we had handed out all. Started on Christmas eve morning and had myself ,hubby and our son. By 4pm Christmas Day, we had 5 other families join us
. What a great Christmas
Now the 5 other families have spoken with others they know, friends , family etc and we are doing this for next weekend as well,( lol thank goodness they are helping with the cooking and shopping this time
). We are planning on doing a monthly drive and maybe if we can get more people to help we can do this year round and weekly.
The New year is looking good
