Well you got to be lucky to win a present form opening the doors. Vice27 for me I didn't like pathology very much, I liked my medical internship much more. Success with the exam.
If you study medicine you must be familar with the term "burnout"...been there myslef afew times in my field. I learned to recognize the synptoms. In my case it was caused by an overload of mental exertion...too many problems to solve all at once and it usually started out as stress fatigue. Sounds like your there...of all the tasks you must accomplish figure out the most important and do it first, then the next and so on. A change in routine, if possible, can be as good as a rest. Be kind to yourself...eat good nutrious food and rest as much as possible. Alcohol and drugs will set you back to the begining every time...try and avoid those. Take care my friend.
I feel sorry for you but those swings are absolutelly normal when you play poker. You should know how to face them. Don't give up and take it as a part of the business. Study your game and analyze whether you are playing well or it's just bad luck.
